Hi Peter I have a plush Humphrey B Bear which is approx 45 cm tall. He has a yellow plastic hat with red band and a plastic nose. He is complete with red tie ( not a bow) , white collar and red tartan jacket. The jacket has a pocket and is green at the back. The only flaw is a hole in his tongue. He’s in good condition.
I’d be happy to send photos but can’t see how to attach on here.
Would you give me an idea of his worth if I were to sell please? Much appreciated, Ali

Hello Peter, I have a large Humphrey that was given to me over 40 years ago by my Grandparents. I am wondering what is the best thing to do with him ? Sell to a collector or give to a museum? I have pictures , his nose has some damage but He he his hat and green/white vinyl/plastic tie . The tag is readable Classic Toys Pty Ltd and the number 77 on it . Any direction on what to do with him is appreciated

Hi Peter, I got a Humphrey recently which is like one on the left of your main picture, behind the green money box. He has a molded plastic hat. The fabric on his vest is different to yours and he has a tie. Stands a bit over 50cm. Sadly no tags left on him so I’ve got no idea of age. The vest is red at the back. Would they have made them with varying vest colours??

Hi Peter,
I have a Humphrey very similar to the one Jason posted a pic of. Mine has the tie but is also missing the hat. My father brought it for me in 1974 when I was born. I was wondering if you could give me an idea of what he may be worth if anything? My wife has been hassling me for keeping him for years.
Cheers Clay

Hi Pete,

I have one of the 1970’s humphrey that I had as a child (much loved). He lost his hat along the way, and recently both his eyes got taken off by our puppy. (I do still have the jacket and tie)
I have seen you have one in your collection, I was wondering if you could take a close up photo for me so I can make some new eyes for him in the right shape and size.

thanks

Hi my collection is growing and I’m not sure if I want to get rid of some or keep them for longer. Just wondering if you could email me how much you think each is worth and if your interested in any. I have 3 different size Humphreys from I think the 1970’s and the 1970’s puppet, the original 1965 Humphrey, a 4 puzzle box set from the original here’s Humphrey show and an original big Mr. squiggles in great condition.

Thanx
